Challenges

AP process implementation is needed to handle outsourcing of all the invoices from Renault to Genpact for work distribution, data entry, quality check, approval, posting to ERP.

PERICENT has implemented account payable process to handle from receive of outsourced invoices from Renault to Genpact in a very structured manner in different work queue as the type of invoices and allocation of invoice processing work to various associated, thereafter quality check process and approval of invoices using multiple approvals level both serial as well as parallel approval.
