Is my documents are secure in bpmEdge Cloud?

Your data is in safe hands. We have invested a lot of time and money to ensure that your information is secure and private.

Is my data/information safe?

Yes. Your personal information is protected and never shared. All connections to bpmEdge Cloud are encrypted over a secure channel. Our software, network and hardware are updated regularly with the latest security patches.

Does Storage is included in the plans?

All plans include 15 GB storage per concurrent user and storage can be combined across the account. Over the years we’ve found that most companies do not exceed their storage. Additional storage is available at INR 1500 $30 per 15 GB per month.

Where my data is stored?

Your data is stored in well known data center like AWS or GCS or Type 4 Data Center. It is monitored 24×7 by closed circuit cameras and onsite guards. There are redundant power and environment controls to ensure uptime.

What about updates, is it free?

Absolutely. That’s the best part of using bpmEdge Cloud. As updates are released our technical staff applies them so you don’t have to worry. We handle the maintenance of the system; all you have to do is use it.

Any long term contract need to be signed?

No. You pay year-to-year. If you cancel your account, you’ll be billed for the current year but you won’t be billed again.

Can we update our plan or add more users?

Yes. You can upgrade your account at any time simply by contacting us.

How you provide support?

We offer email support for all our hosting clients. Requests are answered within 8 hours on working days, but are usually answered within minutes.

What is time duration to setup my account?

Although our systems are capable of instant account creation, we do not have this in operation, this is due to the need to manually clear every order to avoid unauthorised orders. This means all accounts are setup once verification has been completed, usually around 48 hours after you place the order. If you order over a weekend it may be that the account is not operational until the Monday morning.

Do we need own domain name?

Not really, you can utilise our sub-domain. But to best utilise our hosting service you must either register a new domain name, or transfer your current domain.

Is there any money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee. However we will deduct an initial setup fees.
