Sanjay founded Pericent in 2007 within his natural interest and thoughts in “what/why/how” about technologies. Presently, he has over 17+ years of strong experience and wide knowledge specially in BPM/BRMS/ECM/ESB as enterprise technologies.
Moreover, with that deep passion in technology , he always find himself with a lots of interest in building state of art Business Process Automation, Business Rule Management and Enterprise Integration Bus based solutions to business houses around the world including fortune 500 companies.
Presently, he is acting as CEO/CTO of the Pericent Technologies #10 Best Performing BPM Solution Providers-2017 and also as a Chief Architect of Pericent’s products.
Sandeep is founder of ‘agileITvantages’ and advises enterprises, large consulting firms and PE/VC portfolio companies in digital business strategy, transformation and governance. He engages with Senior Management and Boards on organisation change and tech disruption to drive growth in the new digital age.
Sandeep was Group CIO at Access Bank, a dominant Nigerian and pan African bank. He advanced the digital banking model by delivering key upgrades to the core banking system, hyperconverged infrastructure, multi-channel banking, payment systems & managed services.
Sandeep was President & Chief Technology Officer for Reliance Capital (RCap)Ltd, a diversified financial services company.
Retired as DGM in Orissa Computer Application Centre,
He has headed an advisory administrative and consultative role in Orissa Computer Application Centre under the Department of Electronics and Information Technology. He used to advise the government in all spheres of IT and Electronics.
Manoranjan Misra has completed an integrated M.Sc(Tech) in Instrumentation from BITS, Pilani a premier Engineering School of 1982 batch.
Senior Member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and The Society of Automotive Engineers India (SaeIndia) since 2003. Also, I worked on A3K Unisys Mainframe and BTOS and U6000 Unisys and with Marcel Dassault Team in Gwalior on Mirage 2000 Aircraft. He has also been part of a project for the International Airports Authority of India at Kolkata and Patna Airports.

He has done MSc in Computer Science at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and MBA with focus in IT. He has also done B.A in Mathematics and Business Administration . Additionally has done a course on “Developing Information System Strategies” at Cranfield School of Management – UK
Ajay Ranka (Chartered Accountant)
Ajay Ranka (Chartered Accountant) has done Bechlore in Commerce and FCA. He holds 16 years of rich experience in dealing with company finance, funding, taxation, and auditing.
Executive Vice President Sales, North America. He is responsible for operations in North America including building Services and VAR Partner relationships.
Joined Pericent in 2026 as Executive Vice President, Sales – North America. He has extensive leadership experience in sales, business operations, and technology, including serving as President and CEO of a global technology firm. Jim holds a degree in Business Management from Northern Arizona University and is passionate about driving business growth and building strong customer & partner relationships.
