Sanjay Sharma
Principle Founder, Chief Architect (BPM Solutions) and Executive

Sanjay is the founder of Pericent. He is responsible for overall company leadership and technical innovation. He has more than 10 years of experience in the information technology industry. He has an outstanding track record and a deep domain expertise in the BPM industry and as a solution architect.  

Previously, Sanjay led and delivered BPM projects for Sun Microsystems, Johnson & Johnson, Savvion, PepsiCo, Genpact, Intellenet, Integrascreen, and Adera AB. He leads tight scheduled, business critical BPM projects from modeling business process design to implementation and integration. He led a complex, enterprise-wide content management project for Compaq, one of leading computer manufacturing company.

He holds a BE degree in computer science from Malviya National Institute of technology, Jaipur.

Shivika Sharma
Executive Vice President and Director of Quality Assurance

Shivika is a co-founder and is mainly responsible for managing manpower and streamlining key processes and policies of the company, including budgeting, staffing, quality assurance and client satisfaction. In addition, she is also undertaking the responsibility to assure quality of the services delivered to clients. She is experienced with the agile process and methodology, and oversight for overall software development and quality assurance teams to successful and timely execution of projects.

Previously, she worked with Experience Publishing, Biz Building and Sonian Networks. She holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, Haryana.

Abhinav Gupta
Managing Partner - US Operations (West Coast)

Abhinav has been an industry expert in product/program development and customer engagement for over 10 years. At Pericent, he is mainly responsible for lead generation and sales in USA(West Coast). He possesses domain expertise in social networking, social media, enterprise applications, SaaS applications and Web 2.0.

He has prior experience working on various successful products in social networking, ecommerce and enterprise middleware, in the financial services and pharmaceutical industry. He has managed more than 20 fortune 500 executive level customer accounts as Client Manager.

Abhinav holds a BE degree in computer science from Malviya Institute of Technology, Jaipur.

Ray Arpin
Managing Partner – US Operations (East Coast)

Ray has over 30 years of IT and business process improvement consulting experience and success, and has been focused on BPM since 2001. He is mainly responsible for US lead generation, sales, project management and staffing. His domain expertise is in rapid BPM implementations, cost/benefit/ROI development, and with major BPMS vendor products and integration.

He has prior project leadership experience with Fortune 100 and Global 2000 organizations involving leading systems and applications, systems integrators, and major IT organizations, including outsourcing and offshoring. Ray holds a B.S. in management science from the University of Rhode Island, and an MBA in management and MIS from Bryant University. He also teaches a graduate level course in BPM at Bentley College.
